How quickly will I receive a quote?+
Standard residential and commercial quotes are returned within 1 business day. Custom industrial or community projects typically take 3–5 business days after an initial discovery call.
Is the quote binding and is there any obligation?+
Quotes are valid for 30 days and carry no obligation. They include hardware, installation, taxes, and a clear breakdown of optional add-ons so you can plan your budget with confidence.
Do you offer financing or leasing?+
Yes. We offer 0% APR financing on residential systems for up to 24 months, and operational-lease options for commercial and industrial deployments. Ask your specialist for details.
What warranty comes with each product?+
Atmospheric Water Generators ship with a 5-year warranty, Filtration Systems with a lifetime housing warranty and 1-year filter warranty, and Smart Water Management with a 3-year warranty on hub and sensors.
What does the warranty cover?+
All warranties cover manufacturing defects, electronic components, and labor for in-warranty repairs. Consumables (filter cartridges, mineral packs, sensor batteries) and damage from misuse are excluded.
Can I extend my warranty?+
Extended care plans of up to 10 years are available at purchase or anytime within the first warranty year, and include priority service and annual on-site maintenance.
Which certifications do your products carry?+
Our line carries NSF/ANSI 53, 58 and 401 certifications, WQA Gold Seal, ISO 9001 quality management, and CE/UL safety marks. All certificates are available on request.
Are systems lab-tested independently?+
Yes. Every model is independently tested by accredited third-party labs (IAPMO R&T and SGS) for contaminant reduction, materials safety, and structural integrity before launch.
Do you meet local regulatory requirements?+
We ship configurations compliant with UK DWI (Regulation 31), EU, WHO, and most national drinking-water standards. Tell us your installation country and we'll confirm certifications during the quote.
How often does maintenance happen?+
Filtration cartridges are typically replaced every 12 months and AWG mineral packs every 6 months. The Aqua Pura app tracks remaining filter life and ships replacements automatically — no calendar required.
Can I service the system myself?+
Absolutely. Our tool-free design lets most owners swap filters and clean reservoirs in under 5 minutes. Step-by-step video guides are built into the app.
Do you offer on-site service plans?+
Yes. Annual on-site service plans are available globally and include preventive inspection, deep cleaning, firmware updates, and priority parts replacement.
How long does delivery take?+
Residential orders ship in 3–5 working days across the UK and Europe, and 7–14 working days for international destinations. Commercial and industrial systems ship in 2–6 weeks depending on configuration.
Is installation included?+
Professional installation is included with all commercial and industrial deployments. Residential installation is offered as a fixed-fee add-on, or you can self-install with our included setup kit.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we deploy in 40+ countries and partner with local certified installers for setup, service, and warranty support. Shipping, duties, and local taxes are clearly outlined in your quote.
